How Your Deck Gets Built

You'll know what happens next at every step, from the first visit to the final walkthrough.

1

Free On-Site Estimate

We come to your home and look at your space with you. You tell us what you want; we tell you what's realistic and what it takes to do it right. The estimate is free.

2

Your Proposal, In Writing

Within 1–2 business days you get a proposal by email: scope, materials, and price, line by line. If you have questions, call or text and we'll go over them with you.

3

Sign and Get on the Schedule

Sign the proposal and put down a deposit. Your project goes on the schedule right away.

4

Permits and Materials

If your project needs a building permit, we pull it. Then we order your materials — wood, composite, Trex — whatever fits your budget and your project.

5

We Build It

The same people you met at the estimate show up on time and build it right. Most decks take 4 days to 2 weeks, depending on size, permits, and whether the job needs an electrician or plumber. You get updates the whole way — in person, by text, or by phone, straight from the contractor.

6

Final Walkthrough

We walk the finished deck with you and fix anything that isn't right before we call it done. The balance is due when the work is complete. You get a 5-year workmanship warranty; materials carry their manufacturer's warranty.
